Weather Impact on Roof
When it comes to a roof, or anything on the exterior of your home, the weather impact is enormous. In the Rogue Valley we get the highs and lows, high temperatures with a blazing sun, and the low freezing temperatures of winter. These two extremes really pound on the on the structural integrity of any roofing system. Some of damage is visible from the ground as you lok at your roof. May times however, it takes an on the roof look to really see what is happening. The distressing part is that as a homeowner, we get so busy in the day to day that we often don't notice the symptom until there is a problem.
To avoid the hassle (and the expense) of roof problems we recommend having a peridiotic roof inspection. This can help in preventing the costs incurred when a roofing problem shows up in the middle of winter or with that one drenching summer thunderstorm.
